Bill Marshall founded the company in 1942. For 16 years, Mr. Marshall operated the business as SD Marshall, and soon Marshall became known for offering superior service throughout the Norwich area.

In 1977, the company merged with Reese Baldwin, another local home heating specialist. Since then, we have operated as Reese-Marshall Co. We are big enough to offer 24/7 emergency delivery and repair services, but small enough to provide personalized service.
Over the years, the world has changed and we have grown with it. Today we serve over 4000 customers and offer many more products and services than in the old days. Like our founder, we value personalized service, safety above all else, and are fully committed to quality. Family-owned and locally operated, we will always strive to do our best for each and every customer while being a good neighbor in the communities we serve.
President

The current president of Reese-Marshall is Lisa Huggins-Colabelli. Lisa has deep roots in the community and the utility industry. Her background and business savvy made for a smooth transition to Reese-Marshall. As President, she leads an experienced and dedicated staff who share her commitment to a high service standard. She seeks to enhance the products and services we offer while developing our employees to better meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Service Department Manager

Jim MacDuff has decades-long experience in our industry. He started in the heating business as a delivery driver before deciding to become an HVAC specialist in our Service Department. Jim has a knack for solving tricky HVAC problems and helping customers to find the best solutions for their home comfort. As a Manager he leads a strong team of Service Technicians who are certified and well trained to address any issues with heating or cooling systems by conducting regular maintenance, making necessary repairs and/or installing new equipment.
